Roof Hatches

Sanluk roof access hatches are designed to provide secure, convenient entry to rooftops for residential, industrial and commercial properties. Most commonly used for inspections, emergency exits, maintenance, or other frequent entry. It can be used for various roof types. It is suitable for use as both a flat roof access hatch and a pitched roof access hatch.

Our roof hatches won’t damage the roof since the advanced hinge lifts the hatch to protect the surrounding surface. They can be installed with various materials on the hatch cover so the hatch blends in with the rest of the roof and is nearly invisible.  

Our hatches are built to withstand harsh outdoor conditions - they are reinforced with stiffeners, constructed from galvanized sheet and aluminium, guaranteeing long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance. For more protection, the hatch comes with a rubber seal that will protect against moisture and dust buildup.
