Description Floor Access Door Aluminum 60x120P with Gas Struts
The floor doors provide access to underground areas, basements, plumbing, power lines, and more. This floor door series is designed for interior application requiring an access opening that will blend in with the surrounding floor material.
The floor inspection door is installed before layering the flooring. Our floor door is engineered to allow tiles, porcelain stoneware, parquet, laminate, linoleum, and other infills. They are designed to accept flooring and paving materials, making them virtually hidden in finished flooring areas.
The cover is reinforced with stiffeners, galvanized sheet steel and gypsum fiber sheet attached to the door. The permissible load on the door is up to 1,000 kg. Our floor access door is equipped with a lock. Gas springs make it easier to open the door regardless of the weight of the cover.

Can you fabricate the 60cm x 120cm to an exact opening dimension of 65cm x 115cm? Also the floor insert will be 12mm timber flooring, so the plate cover is not required. And the hinges and gas struts are needed on the 65cm side of the door. Please advise an approximate cost and time for fabrication. Paul

Hello, I will find out at the end of the day the production time frame, but the price will be 15% more expensive than the 60x120 hatch size prepayment.
